Paphos Property devalues

Paphos property continues to decline in value, as the majority of home buyers were British. Now with the drop in the value of the pound, along with cuts in benefits, a lot of Paphos property buyers are trying to sell. Unfortunately many dont have title deeds, which makes the sale of their property very difficult. This is just making the prices drop further- Too many properties for sale and not many buyers. Many property developers in the Paphos area are also partly responsible for this situation.
